Jim and Kathy have helped us buy 3 houses and sell 2 houses in the Bonita area over the past 6 years. Each time they gave 150% to help us find the house we were looking for and to sell the one we were previously in. We started with a smaller house and then realized that our children and grandkids like to come and visit and we didn’t have enough room so we purchased a larger home. As the grandkids started school they weren’t able to be their as much so we decided to find a smaller house. Because we were trying to downsize we didn’t know what we wanted, Jim and Kathy were always willing to look at different communities, styles and prices of houses until we decided what we wanted. I can’t say enough about the professional side of our relationship with them. They were very knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping us look for our new house. The needs of their clients is and always will be their first priority. But I feel the most important thing about working with them is the lifelong friendship we have developed with them. We look forward to going back every winter to spend time with them. We even got them to watch a NDSU Bison football championship with us! After more than a year of talking to agents in Florida from our home in Toronto, we lucked upon Jim Murdoch. Up until this point we thought we would have no luck finding a place. We have been in Naples, from Italy, the first time three years ago, looking for a house where to spend our retirement and we found Jim and Kathy. We weren’t very determined to buy but Jim showed us houses suitable for us even if he was almost sure we wouldn’t have bought one.

Three years later we were more determined and he showed us, one more time, with Franciscan patience, many other houses until we found the right one. The job Kathy and Jim did for us continued even after we closed on our home, when, normally, other Realtors would leave you. Jim and Kathy, instead, looked after us for any needs we had after the closing.

We aren’t US citizens, so we don’t know all the local procedures and habits and Jim and Kathy helped us to cope with all our needs, starting from the pass we needed to enter our community to switching electricity and water into our name and arranging for the home to be painted and cleaned. As well as helping us to find good companies for maintenance on the home and furniture purchases. Their help reached the level as to pay in advance for our painters, electric bill, cleaning and more, on our behalf, because we couldn’t do it easily from Italy. This is much more than people can ask for as far as professionalism, it is very close to a good friendship. We have not enough words to say thank you to Jim and Kathy and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
